Q: I logged into my Libby app and I can't see my hold

A: Do to the migration to a new shared DoD system, some patrons have created a second Libby account without realizing it. If you get a hold notification and you don't see it when you go to your Libby app, please check to see if you are on a DoD account or an Army account. Your hold may have been placed on that second account. You can also contact us to merge your two accounts so that everything will show up in one place.

Q: How Can I Tell If I Am Eligible For An Account?

A: Our full list of elibigible patrons is available here. Please note that eligiblity is based on DoDI 1015.10 and AR 215-1. Some patrons who may have been able to access online resources via Military OneSource may no longer have access to those resources. If you are having troubles getting authenticated and meet the eligiblity criteria, please use the Contact Us form to let us know what trouble you are having.

Q: I am a veteran. Why can't I use the library?

A: The Army MWR Library is not currently part of the expanded access to veterans per the Purple Heart and Disabled Veterans Equal Access Act of 2018. Veterans who also meet one of the eligiblity criteria, including 100% disabled veterans, can use the library. If you have questions about your access, check either the eligibility page or contact us.
